Unless I'm mistaken, someone threatening the life of a sitting US Senator and candidate for US President under the protection of the Secret Service is a felony.

Would I be correct in assuming that this needs to be sent to local Secret Service offices (and news orgs)?

His leads in Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Minnesota, Wisconsin, New Hampshire, even Colorado, Virginia, and Florida, are all outside the margin of error.

So Barack Obama is the next president of the United States, and the Democrats will gain seats in the House and the Senate.
